JoAnn Ruth Grall's Obituary
On May 5, 2016, Joann Ruth Grall’s spirit, mind, heart and soul went home to the Trinity of Our Lord. Her body will be returned to the earth at Restland Memorial Park. Joann, born on February 4, 1931, was wife and true soul mate for 65 years to husband Everson Grall. Their life together was filled with bountiful blessings which included four children, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Everson; son, Kirk Grall and life partner Tim Kelly; daughters, Sharon Alexander and fiance Ronny Vann, and Charlene Grall; daughter-in-law Ann Grall and step-sister Edwina Syx. Joann is preceded in death by her beloved son, Bill Grall. She was grandmother to Cheri Edmonds and husband Phillip, Dawnne Horn and husband Michael, Michael Daley and wife Mandy, and great-grandmother to Madison, Macy, Mark, and Mary Jane Daley as well as Rachel and Sam Santoscoy. The visitation for JoAnn Grall will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday, May 9, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for JoAnn will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, May 10, 2016 in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association would be greatly appreciated. Local chapter is located at 8131 LBJ Freeway, Suite 440, Dallas, TX 75251.
