Pat & Joe, We are so very sorry about the loss of your beautiful daughter. I met Jody only once in Kenneth Cole store in Dallas. I found her beautiful, charming, classy and friendly. I met Jodie in 2006, working for Kenneth Cole in Houston. She was with me ever since: Kenneth Cole Las Vegas and Chicago. She was my mentor/leader/inspiration/friend. She always said we had a connection. Every store I went to, she always became the district manager. I loved having coffee with her everytime, talking about how life is beautiful, and her mentoring me on Everything. I was just accepted into a Ph.d program for leadership. She will a thousand times be mentioned as one of the greatest leaders in my life and will be with me as I continue my journey.

My dear sweet friend Jodie is gone but will never be forgotten. She left an impression on my heart that will remain forever! She had more determination and strong will to fight than anyone I've ever known. She touched so many lives and will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her. She is a beautiful Angel now with no pain and suffering. She said, "All I ever wanted was to make a difference." She did that more than she will ever know! My dear friend….Words are so hard to find right now…..I wasn't ready to let you go! My heart is so heavy, but I find comfort in knowing that you are in heaven resting now. Your un-ending determintation, and fight and zest for life are beyond measurable! You taught us all so much, but the one thing you left with every single one of us is to "enjoy life, notice the little things, tell people you love them, be with your friends and love each other!" My dear friend from the beginning..1971 Oak Forest Elementary & Lamar Street to the present and all the fun, worry, mischief, tears, laughter in between. I loved having you to grow up with.
