The Culinary World has lost one of its great role models! I was honored to work with John from 1974 to 2012, with Szabo Food Services and Sodexo Marriott. We use to laugh that we had traveled together through every airport in America and he always ran into someone he knew. John always made the tough jobs look easy! I have lost a great friend. My thoughts and prayers are with his children and grandchildren. They have been left a legacy of resourcefulness, creativity, skill and talent!
