John H. Fowler, 82, of Richardson, TX passed away on January 11, 2020. Beloved son of Victor and Eleanor Fowler, John and his twin brother, Jim, were born in Detroit, Michigan. John was a proud graduate of Detroit Catholic Central Read Obituary
I considered John a good friend and knowledgeable elder. One of those people for whom you quickly have eternal respect. He would go out of his way to help you. He was proud to share his all his knowledge (sometimes even if you didn't ask...). His spirit will always be with us, but his earthly presence will be sorely missed. Sympathies to all his family and friends for this tremendous loss.
What a Great Man,
I first met John when he contacted me in Dallas to attend an alumni baseball gathering in Frisco. John managed to turn the ballgame into an annual event for about 15 years. I appreciated him reaching out to me and I reconnected with Detroit Catholic Central as a result of John's love for the school. I miss you and will pray for you and your family.

When I think about John Fowler besides his love for his Family, I also remember his enthusiasm for Photography.Through the years he encouraged me to get interested in taking photos and in fact he bought me my first good camera a Pentax XZ-50 and I am forever grateful for his kindness.
