John Robert Kemp was born on August 21, 1924 in Cedarvale, Kansas and passed away on March 22, 2016 in Plano, Texas. John is survived by his daughter, his grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Family and friends may visit at Restland from 6-8p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 1:00p.m. in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service in Mission Garden at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
