I have way too many memories of John…some good, some bad, some really outstanding!! Truly one of those one in a million type guys. His best days, from my memory, was when he got back to work after another cruise….what a joy those days were!! Yep…what a guy! Prayers and condolences from our family to yours. Thanks John for leaving us with memories. …and there was the time…….etc….:)
May God comfort the family at this time of loss.

John u gave me my start with Western Electric and we became good friends along with my husband William that dug your yard up for yo swimming pool and did the cement work around it. U and Sarah were good people along with Renee she was still in high school. We love yo family and u will be truly missed. With deepest sympathy Bettye Williams and sister Peggie Spencer White. U also hired her in at Western Electric
I remember during the holidays how John would visit the different lunch spreads we would have and he would have the time of his life eating. He was my first supervisor at Western Electric and he would give me hard time at times and tease me a lot but he was still my friend and I had a special name for him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. –Rae Alexander
Prayers for the family in memory of John.
I worked with John at Power Systems in the Board Mounted Power area. He was very realistic and down-to-earth. This made him a joy to work with. Plus, he always had an "extra" smile to loan me when I forgot and left mine at home. He will be sorely missed. Peace to his family and friends.
To Bernadette and Family, earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal, may God continue to care for you. I have you and your family in my prayers.
