Bill Gura
Dear Katerina & Sallie, My sincere condolences to you both and also family for your sudden loss of John. I was introduced to John back in 1988 by Mike Rivera when working with the Sprint Corporation in Kansas City, Missouri. Since that time John and I remained friends, talked about my family, wife Lisa of 31 years, son Billy-26 and Jena-25. He would always speak highly of his beautiful daughter Katerina, how active she was and how he enjoyed coaching her. We also discussed Katerina's aspirations in life and how proud he was to be a father. We would always talk sports, especially his Dallas Cowboys and Baylor Bears where Katerina was attending. John was a true professional, always willing to help his fellow brother. He assisted me in getting back to the Ohio Valley area in 1996 when I accepted and opportunity with MCI and a few other opportunities with Spherion and most recently with Hewitt back in 2007. I will always remember "Johnny" as I would call him for opening the door for me with job opportunities throughout my career. John was good man and I will miss him. May God Bless Bill "Billy G" Gura Cleveland, Ohio
