John Glenn Sherman's Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the unexpected passing of John Glenn Sherman, on
January 17, 2025; at the age of 62 years.
He was born November 26, 1962 in Roseville Ca. He joined the US Air Force in 1981 and served until 1992. He served overseas in England @ RAF Alconbury and RAF Upper Heyford; as SSgt Master Crew Chief. He is a Veteran of the first Gulf War. His love for the military was admirable.
Later in life he went into construction, eventually running his own company “J&J Construction”
He was passionate about music and loved to play his guitars. Some would say he should have been a rock star guitarist. He made people laugh even when he struggled. He was always sharing fun facts/trivia because learning and sharing knowledge was his sport. He also enjoyed spending his time fishing and riding his motorcycle. His recent plan for this year 2025, was to travel the united states and share his adventures. Sadly he will not be making this trip.
He is survived by his Daughter:

Brothers: Richard Sherman,
Cody Sherman, Mark Sherman & their families;
Sisters: Dorthy (Sherman)Graham,
Joyce (Sherman)Flanagan & their families;
Step-Brothers: Michael Hermann,
Paul Hermann, Raymond Hermann & their families;
5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild
He was predeceased by his parents:
Leo Sherman & Joyce (Bradley)Sherman; Daughter: Kathryn (Sherman)Gillette; Brother: Charles Sherman;
Sisters: Melody Sherman,
Mary Ann (Sherman)Jones,
Amber (Sherman)Carter.
He will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by all of his family as well as numerous friends.
The family is currently uncertain about holding formal services at this time.
They kindly ask for understanding as they navigate this difficult period. Should plans change, further details will be shared
