I visited with Joe almost every time when I was visiting my Dad, Clint Baskin, at Emeritus Memory Care in McKinney. He was always such a nice man. My Dad really liked him. In fact, Joe was the one who talked my Dad into going to see all the pumpkins at Susie's Dad's farm…..it was a fun trip (that I had to miss). My thoughts are with the family at this sad time. I met Joe at Southwestern Bell in 1983 where we were both in the same working crew in Downtown Dallas. He was always friendly and helpful as I was new to the technical work inside four building. Joe was there to lend a hand whenever you needed him and knew everything. He was such an outstanding pillar of the group and I enjoyed working with him.
