I will always cherish the times I spent hanging out in the front yard with Joe. We moved in across the street about 22 years ago. I spent many a late afternoon talking with Joe. He would be drinking his "Old Fashioned" which Dean would have made for him, and I would have a beer. We talked about neighbors, politics, and just about everything else under the sun. He was a true gentleman and a genuine person. My kids loved to come over and hang out as well and play with Reggie. Joe and Dean were the best neighbors ever, and will be missed greatly. Mike Curtis
