Joseph Martin Green's Obituary
Joseph “Joe” Green was born December 10, 1925 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to parents, Joe and Romayne Green. He passed away June 27, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. He was 91 years young. He was preceded in death by wife, Dean Green, and daughters, Cynthia Green and Karen Gutierrez. He leaves behind to cherish his memory children, Linda Gass and husband Ron of Broken Arrow, Ok., and John Green of Dallas; four grandchildren, Amy Stogsdill and husband, Eric, Emily Lusk and husband, Jason, Bryan Gutierrez and wife Kate, and Bradley Gutierrez; seven great-grandchildren; and other family members including Jerry Hawkins and Kennedy Green Hawkins. He was active at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church and volunteered his time within the community in many various activities throughout his life. Graveside services will be held 10:00 am FRIDAY, June 30, 2017 at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8900 John Carpenter Freeway, Dallas, 75247, or to the SPCA of Texas, 2400 Lone Star Dr., Dallas, 75212.
