Joe was a very kind heart and good friend. He was always full of humor and made us laugh. He had a stubborn streak a mile-wide. It was an honor to work along side of him. He enjoyed sharing stories, and bragging, about his grandchildren. His love for music touched many people. Joe will always have a special place in our hearts.
