I worked with Joyce for several years at SBC. She was a very sweet person with a sunny disposition. She always had a kind word and smile for everyone. I enjoyed trying her entries in the cooking division at The State Fair of Texas. I really liked the sweet ones, but I have to admit never being able to warm up to the Spam recipes.
