COLE, JUDGE ROBERT RANDOLPH Born December 9, 1928 in Eagle Pass, TX and passed away September 16, 2009 in Hickory Creek, TX. He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Isabel Contoise Cole. Judge Cole is survived by his wife, Judith K. Cole; children, Karen L. Cole and life long companion, Jeff Kelley and Robert R. Cole, Jr.; adopted son, Jack Holcomb and wife, Jaime and their son, Jake and granddaughter, Tasha Peeples and husband, Philip. Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4501 East Teasley, Denton, TX. Visitation will be 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday, September 21, 2009 at Restland Memorial Chapel. Service will follow at 12:30 PM in Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the NRA or any organization researching or treating cancer in honor of Judge Robert R. Cole.
