Jerry and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you. Your loss of a one of a kind wife, mother, and grandmother is heartfelt. I have lost my best friend and confident only in the flesh. My memories of our 47 years together as friends could fill an ocean. I can say that Judy was the most unique person in my life. She was a giver not a taker. She was always ready and willing to help. She had the gift of gab, but was also a great listener. Yes, I will miss her, she was my rising sun! ☀️ I know Judy is with our Father God! She was the best convert Catholic I ever knew.

Judy lived her life on her terms. She had a great circle of life long friends. In todays world, it is a rare gift to maintain genuine deep friendships for life. Judy had the gift. Although it has been a while since I saw her, I have many fun memories of her great ability to tell a story and the laughter that followed. I know that she will be missed by so many. Mike Warren

Jerry, we we're shocked to hear about Judy and we are so sorry for your loss. Jerry Jo and I so enjoyed the parties at your home. We had just come back to the Dallas area after being away for 5 1/2 years in the Air Force. These events and your friendship helped us to become a part of local fraternity brothers and friends from college. Please accept our sincerest sympathies for you and your family…Judy was special and will be missed and fondly remembered. Roger & Jerry Jo Shires
Such a beautiful soul. So full of joy and laughter every time I saw her. Rest in peace my Friend. You will be accepted into Paradise. Vera Richard,ASWO Member
I am still in shock. Judy was always such a sweetheart and so much fun. We were in NWC Bible Study together for years and later were big Internet buddies. I remember when my son died, Judy was there, right at the front of the church for his services. Our condolences and sympathy for her family. You are in our prayers. Teddie Bryant
I am still in such a shock over this sudden death of Judy. She was indeed larger than life and took command of any group where she was present. Jerry and sons and family, my heart and prayers go out to you. I will miss Judy's calls to check up on me from time to time. She and Richard are "catching up" from the last time they saw each other, only this time it is in heaven. ?? Mary Handley
We will certainly miss Judy. She had such an enthusiasm and joy for life. Her love enveloped everyone she met. We had so many good times together, and they were never boring with Judy around. But now we know that Judy is in the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ. Our condolences go to the family. Love, Kenn and Kaye Smith
