Judy Wood's Obituary
Judy Pendergraft Wood – Beloved mother and Nana, sister and friend passed away peacefully in Dallas on May 15, 2015. She was born in Lubbock, TX on January 3, 1941 to Thomas Fremont and Esther Beal Pendergraft. Preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Gaston J. Wood; her parents and two brothers, Charles and Tommy Pendergraft. Survived by son, Ben Wood (Sarah); and daughter, Lyle McLeroy (Lewis); and six grandchildren, Dalton, Bryce, Walker, Whitney, Blake and Emily; two-great-grandchildren, Ava and Silas; brother, Robert Pendergraft (Jane) and several nieces and nephews and numerous extended family and friends. Service to be held Wednesday May 20th, 2015 at 3:00pm in the Memorial Chapel with reception to follow at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas 13005 Greenville Ave. , Dallas, TX 75243. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75238 at Restland Road. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to American Diabetes Association (Diabetes.com/Donate) and Dallas Heritage Village 1515 S. Harwood, Dallas, TX 75215.
