Julie R. Cason Bates, 34, of Garland, Texas passed away Thursday January 7, 2010 in her home after a courageous 6-year battle with breast cancer. Born March 4, 1975 Dallas, Texas. She is survived by father David M. Cason and wife Read Obituary
I did not know Julie personally, but I have heard many stories of her warmth and loving character. I know a bright light has been extinguished, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends. Julie was one of those people that comes into your life and makes a mark on you that you never forget. She was a beautiful and brave person who has left an incredible legacy in her children. Her beautiful smile will be missed by our entire staff! Our prayers are with her children and her family.
I'm proud to have been part of Julie's family. Despite divorces, I continued to feel like Julie was family to me. So many fun memories come to mind when I think of her over the years. I instantly liked Julie the day I met her. Her bravery and courage was an inspiration to me and those around her. She was a wonderful mother and friend and always gave so freely of herself. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I look forward to the time where we will meet again in heaven. Thank you for being so good to me Jules, and I LOVE YOU ALWAYS!!! ??

I met Julie when her children attended Charleston Communtiy Daycare Center in Charleston. She was alway such a pleasant person and always had a smile on her face. May you find Peace at this time.
Julie would always try to put a smile on my face. Wether it was tickling me with her long blonde hair or just poking me with her finger nails. She always made me smile. She will forever be in our hearts and always deeply loved.

I worked with Julie at Eastern Illinois University in the Nursing Program. She was a wonderful colleague and friend. We miss her. Rebecca Merten
My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Julies' family. She was a great person and Mother. I meet Julie while caring for her children at the Charleston Community Day Care Center. She was taken away from this life to soon and will be greatly missed. I send a special prayer out to Katherine, Sara, and Thomas, who have been through so much in a short time.
I worked with Julie at Eastern and we would share our scrapbooking creations with each other. She was very talented with this and was such an inspiration.
