I’ll miss Uncle Kenneth’s quiet yet steady presence at his home. When he wasn’t cooking up big holiday dinners at the stove or the BBQ, he was usually at the dining table, reading the newspaper or on his iPad while the kids chatted and the grandkids ran around playing. His grilled steaks and sausages were a highlight of my childhood, and I’m grateful for the way he took care of us through welcoming us in his home and his incredible cooking.
