Stacy, you may not remember me, but I remember you, your husband and Kody (living across from GH Elementary). My granddaughter, Misty Mueller, was in Greenwood Hills and JJP with Kody…she told her mother and me about this tragic incident last night and she was just devastated. Kevin and Stacy: Shayne and I were so honored to have been a part of the celebration of Kody's life yesterday. What a beautiful service from the words that were said to the music that was performed. The outpour of love for you both and Kody was shown by the numbers that were present. May God continue to wrap his loving arms around you both and give you comfort. I was searching for something unrelated on the net when this photo caught my eye. I knew when I seen it that it would not be good news. For a stranger far away it was obvious this was a good man with a smart head on his shoulders. I am so sorry for his family & the ones left behind. He was a remarkable young man & that can be told from his look. Again I am so sorry, I know this must be very hard. Seems life had just began for him in some ways but I am sure like one person said he did do a lot of living. I am glad I ran across this by chance & please accept my words of sorrow for your loss. Kevin and Stacy, Kody will forever be a memory we cherish. He lived a lotta life in 21 years, I enjoyed watching him grow up. I remember like yesterday he and Kori going to Homecoming and how absolutely handsome he was. He was just as beautiful inside as outside. His reward came at our loss! Thank you for sharing a wonderful young man with so many of us.
Kevin and Stacey,I know that words can be rather meaningless at this time, but realize everyone is there for anything that you might need. My heartfelt sympathies are with you both although I can not begin to imagine your pain. Due to a prior committment I will not be able to attend services but know that you will be in my thoughts for weeks to come.
Stacy and Kevin, I cannot tell you how sorry I am for the two of you. I really enjoyed being one of his counselors in youth group. We always seemed to have a good time and I will miss him.
Kevin and Stacy, Kody was such a special boy. From the very first time I say him I knew he would be a special child of God. We loved him so much. Our prayers for you and Kevin in the days to come I hope will sustain you through your time of sorrow. We love you both so much.
