Lee was always kind to me when I needed it. We never worked in the same probation office location, so we saw each other at department trainings or other gatherings. It was a loss to me to have not gotten to be with him on a daily basis. He always had that very simple, pleasant smile that warmed me. The cases that I did have in common with him proved to me that he was a very thoughtful and honest probation officer. I was honored to have him as a friend and coworker. I miss him and I pray for those he left behind. Be at peace, my brother.
What a kind kind man. I will always remember you as Leonardo.. You are in Gods hands and in peace now.

Lee was such a good friend to me when I started my job. He served as a mentor and was so willing to answer questions. He also had such a sweet laugh, and I am sad that he has passed so early from this life. My thoughts are with all his loved ones. Stephanie Roper
Lee was a great co-worker. He was so patient and caring when I was just learning the job! We bonded over the loss of our parents… he will be missed!
Lee and I first met each other at the Dallas Juvenile Dept. where we worked for many years. I was so happy when he joined our Court family with the Feds. Lee was always even keeled and thoughtful. His calm demeanor was an attribute that served him well with co-workers and clients. He was my friend. My sincere condolences to those who loved him. I will miss knowing he is here on earth with us, but rejoice knowing he is among our cloud of angels now. Be well, my friend, until we all meet again.
