I have wonderful memories of my Uncle Levi, of times he was so gentle and loving to me, times so long ago of him and my Dad, his little brother, Hijinio "Rocky" Pena, also dancing with him at parties over the years! I am so proud to be his niece and my heart goes out to my cousins as they will miss him so much! I am very thankful we enjoyed celebrating him recently for his 90th birthday and am delighted he playfully wore my hat and when I told him how great he looked in it and told him to keep it he smiled happily and obliged me!! I know his sisters will miss their big brother but remember he will be smiling down and will be there now celebrating with all his loved ones who have gone before him! I ALWAYS TEASED THAT HE WAS MY DAD. WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I WENT UP BEHIND HIM ONE TIME & PUT HIM ARMS AROUND HIS WASTE AND SAID "HI DADDY". HE TURNED HIS HEAD & SAID "NO WRONG DADDY"…..FROM THAT POINT ON IT WAS A JOKE WITH US. HE WAS ONE OF A KIND & I KNOW THAT THE FAMILY WILL MISS HIM.
