Our friendship began in high school French class and we remained friends and saw each other throughout the years. I will always consider her one of my dearest friends and so thankful for the time we shared with one another. Her love for Jesus and her 4 children are what I will remember of her in her adult life. I still can’t believe she is no longer here on earth and I greatly miss her. She had a heart of gold.
JOHN 11:25-26:
"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though they die, yet they will live, and everyone who lives by believing in me will never die!"

MATTHEW 11:28-30
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

I’m so blessed to have met Lisa at HPPDS many years ago and become her dear friend. She was such a caring person and good friend. We spent birthdays, Christmases, and New Years together. Went to movies at Angelika together. I even convinced her to pose inside the Barbie box with me. 😁💕
She cherished her children and was so sad when she couldn’t see them as often as she would have liked. She will be dearly missed by friends and family alike. Rest in peace my beautiful friend.
I have such fond memories of the summer. I spent with Lisa and her friend Abby in Nantucket. It was such a free summer, and we loved riding down the cobblestones in her white BMW convertible with the wind in her hair, probably racing back from the chicken box. We also took the ferry over to Martha’s Vineyard to hear Jackopierce, who was an SMU band and they were shocked to hear people singing their lyrics in the audience. And one day we three brave girls got up in a small engine plane and took flying lessons, and it was so exhilarating to see the shape of the island from above. Lisa had such a lust for life and always a smile on her face. She was a dear friend and will be deeply missed!
Lisa you will always be in my heart. We grew up together only 4 months apart. The memories through the years and growing up together are too many and will always cherish them.
