I’m just now seeing this, I was her neighbor for 17 years. She made the best Christmas cookies and candy! Both she and her husband were very kind people. I have many fond memories.

Aunt Lois was a great lady, and loved the family reunions we had at her home in Wisconsin. Still have some of her recipes that are sure to please everyone.
The Thomas family want to tell you kids how much we all loved Grandma Lois. So sorry. She leaves a big void. I do believe that I was the first in my family to meet her and Don. Know that we love all of you. Diana Frenchie Ray
Aunt Lois was such an amazing lady. We remember the grand meals she made for us when we visited five years ago, especially her sopapia bars! We also remember and admired how she kept up with us as we toured Dallas city highlights. She absolutely knew how to enjoy her life every day, which is the best legacy anyone could leave. But without a doubt our birthdays and other holidays will never be the same as we all looked forward to her lovely letters with Colden family news. With all our love to our cousins and their families – from the Buchholz sisters and Steve
So sorry. Deloris Lohmann,Rocky,Sidney and Geoff.
So sorry to hear of Aunt Lois’s passing. I truly loved my conversations and correspondence with her. She always talked so fondly of her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. It’s been a while since I’ve seen any of you, but I felt like I still “knew” you through my talks with her. God gave Lois a good life and it makes me smile to think that she is now reunited with my mom (your Aunt Shirley) in Heaven. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with all of you in this difficult time.
Aunt Lois was a great lady! We loved when she visited Wisconsin and getting to argue with her about football! She was very special and will be missed! Love Gus & Amy Goltz
