Lonnie was a manger who truly believed in his team. Lonnie always took the time to support us, encourage our growth, and celebrate our achievements. He created an environment where people felt valued and motivated to become better.

Beyond that, he was genuinely kind and had a great sense of humor that made even the busiest days a little lighter.

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. He will be missed, but his impact will stay with all of us.

I met Lonnie when he interviewed me to work on his Team with Saputo back in 2018. He hired me and was a fun and good boss to work for. We shared the ❤️ for our Dallas Cowboys and when they win we would communicate saying "How bout dem COWBOYS!". He loved his family and will always be remembered. Blessings.

Lonnie was a great manager who always kept us on our toes and knew how to make us laugh with his joking nature. He was kind-hearted and never made anyone feel bad for needing to leave to take care of family, he always reminded us that family comes first. I truly enjoyed working for him. Our time at Saputo was made even better because of his leadership, and he will be deeply missed.

I just found out today about Lonnie’s funeral. I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family and friends. I knew him from working with him at Saputo.
