Marty White was my daughter, Misti's Choir Director at Lakeview High School. She was more than a teacher. She was a dear friend. To say thanks for all the years, doesn't seem like enough. I will never forget the love she had for Misti. We loved being chaperones on the choir trips & seeing her occasionally at TMEA. We will never forget you Marty White! Marty White was an inspiration and a blessing in my life. I had the privilege and honor to be her housekeeper and friend for 20 yrs.I am still the housekeeper, Bob needs all the help he can get,lol! We would laugh and cry,and pray together. She treated me like family,not just the help. I hardly ever saw her sick in bed, even when she felt bad she just kept going.She was a very special lady that touched so many lives.I feel so honored to be one of them.I will miss our laughter,tears,and prayers,what helps me through the sadness of missing her, knowing she is not in anymore pain,shes singing in heaven with the other angels.Rest in peace Marty. Im praying for peace and comfort for the family,God bless you .Love Kathy
Marty White had a greater impact on the way I see myself as an adult than any other Teacher. She instilled in me a confidence that was lacking before we met. I've always had a Love of Music, but she nurtured that in a way that grows even to this day! She pushed me to be the best that I could be and made me believe in myself. It impacted every facet of my life and I am Forever Grateful for having known her.
