Mary 'Jean' Creel will always be remembered as a caring and kind person who lived next door to us as our neighbor. We met 'Jean' and her late husband, Joe Creel when we first moved into our home, 16 years ago and they came by our home to welcome and greet us to the neighborhood in Waxahachie, TX.
