Gingie's sister Kathy and I have been close friends since high school. I remember Gingie as a cute, friendly, fun young girl. Over recent years, I have very much enjoyed the opportunities I've had to be with her. Her determination for life and her acceptance of the need for dialysis have been very inspiring to me.
