Mary Lee Lescalleet's Obituary
Mary Lee, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 2nd in Plano with family by her side. Mary Lee was born in Richmond VA on August 20, 1918 and lived in the Dallas area since 1957. She is preceded in death by David, her husband of 60 years and son David Jr. She is survived by her son, Bruce and wife Cheryl, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Mary Lee enjoyed gardening, working with her hands and holiday gatherings. Throughout her life, she set an indelible example of strong will, resilience, and a smile with her southern accent which she spoke with pride. She was a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church and Plano Garden Club. She loved to read and was a member of various book clubs. A family service will be held on Thursday, November 6th and will be officiated by her grandson, Dr. David F. Lescalleet III.
