Melba Mittie Glass' Obituary
Preceded in death by her parents James Sims Mathis and Mary Mittie Bevill Mathis; brothers Jennings, Bruce, James, Rex, Charles, and Roy; sister Nobie; husband Justin Glass and son Butch Glass. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Johnny and Jane Glass, daughter-in-law Charlotte Glass Rudd; grandchildren Alyssa Glass Wahrmund and husband Johnny. Todd Glass and wife Jennifer, Brad Glass and wife Kristen; great-grandchildren Tyler and Chistopher Glass, Ashlyn and Caleb Wahrmund, Kylie Glass and a host of nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Louisiana, brought family to Dallas in 1962. Highlight of her career was executive secretary to a good friend Walter Bibby at Liquid Paper from it’s infancy to sale and in his private practice until her retirement. Member of 5th Church of Christ Scientist. Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend will be in our heart forever. Memorial service 12:30 Tuesday, May 16, at Wildwood Chapel, Restland 972-238-7111.
