Mindy and I remained friends over a span of 48 years even though our lives went in different directions sometimes. I'll always remember our trip to Israel in 2009 and the adventures and fun we had.... Swimming in the Dead Sea, finding one day was not enough to see Yad Vashem, coming back the next morning and staying until they escorted us out at closing time, a wild ride across the Sinai in a minivan instead of the scheduled bus in order to get to Cairo in time for a flight to Luxor to catch a Nile cruise to the Valley of the Kings, shopping in the Old City in Jerusalem... She was a wonderful travel buddy and a dear friend. She will be deeply missed. Be at peace my friend.
