I first met Mike on the phone, real pleasant and professional MX controller it was always a pleasure when "Kapsa" was on the desk & you were down line trying to fix a bird. Then I moved to Texas & met Mike in real life. Seems we both cared about SWA enough to volunteer to teach a "Human Factors" class here in Dallas. We were both trained to "Facilitate" the material and I think we taught two or three classes together and enjoyed every one of them. Mike was a truly caring man with a big heart, and will be sorely missed by those who knew him. Rest in Peace Mikee

I knew Mike from his days in Roswell NM. From the day I met him I felt, ' That's the kind of Man and person I wish I was. His mild manner and respect for all he came in contact with was envious, a true professional. I had the pleasure of experiencing a couple of motorcycle trips with him and some friends and his outgoing personality and respectfulness extended to his personal life equally.
