Scott and I were lucky to be on the receiving end of Michele‘s love as she opened her heart and home to us when she arranged a reunion in Dallas with her mother, Cheryl, my chosen sister. Michele cooked for us, gave up her bedroom, and provided Uber, as together, we enjoyed the sites of Dallas. She had a genuine interest and concern for us old folks! She somehow managed to reach in and grab hold of your heart! She was most comfortable in her home, as she surrounded herself with the things she loved in her eclectic style. Her sense of fashion was carried off with a professional model’s flare with her inner beauty shining through!! The love and attention she poured out to her dog was heartwarming! Even after tearful goodbyes, weeks later, she sent me two autographed books, one from Dr. Peter McCullough, my idol and her landlord; the other from her friend, the owner of the Dallas restaurant, Knife. Michelle managed to add a special spark to those who knew and loved her!
