Eric,I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. I know he is very proud of your success and your boys. I have a heavy heart as well today.2/11/21, my brother passed this past Sunday morning. Cameron (Newton) and his wife, Ruth, were the best neighbors a person could have. As friends, they were the gold standard. Along with their children Susan, Eric and Lisa, the Beam family came to mean a great deal to my family over the years. We were blessed to know you, Cameron. May angels guide you to your rest and may you rise in glory.

I’m so sorry to hear of Newton’s passing. I knew him and Ruth at Trinity Fellowship Church. I got to know Newton better serving on the deacon committee with him. He was a great man. And I am glad I was privileged to know him.

I grew up in Wellington, Texas, also, and though I am a little younger than Cameron, I remember well the three Beam boys. I extend my condolences to Cameron's family and especially to Marilyn Beam who was married to Tommy Beam and also a classmate at Wellington High School.

Dear Eric, Susan, Lisa and Family,
So very sorry to hear about Newton's passing. He had a pretty rough last few months. Newton was a very special person and a good friend. Our friendship goes back to 1975 when we all lived in the Stults Road area. We played together in a dinner bridge group for many years. Will always remember those good and happy times with him and Ruth. I miss them both!
