Dick blessed me greatly by being my uncle. He married my Aunt Sandra when I was a young girl and thus was a big part of my family life, living only a mile or so away. Uncle Dick's example of being a kind, caring, smart, capable, and loving family man blessed all who knew him. I can see him now in my mind's eye, enjoying TV sports in the den, crafting beautiful doll houses in his garage, driving me home after my babysitting my cousins, mowing the perfect lawn, or welcoming us into his beautiful home. He will be lovingly remembered by all of us.

Dick was one of my all time favorites!! I remember going to his house and sitting in the den talking to him while he was in his recliner drinking his scotch! I also loved going to the SMU basketball games with Sue while her Dad was AD…we really thought we were big shots! Lastly, I always loved dancing with Dick at weddings! He was so much fun and so very special!! Sending hugs….😇
