Linda Armstrong
Faye was a precious soul. She had a heart of gold and a laugh that could cheer the gloomiest of days. Her sense of humor was delightful and I'm certain that the light and music in her heart got her through many tragic times in her life. She loved reading and her love of a good story and good music kept her smiling, thinking, and traveling through cherished memories. Though not the best for her health, she loved a good piece of chocolate, and she enjoyed meals and gifts from those in our neighborhood who worried about her and wanted the best for her. Her skin was always soft, her hair neatly pulled back in a long ponytail, and she loved brightly colored clothing that highlighted her artistic side. She cherished her beloved pets and kept their little urns in her den window so the light could shine upon them, as her love did. Faye was strong and wise, and I truly enjoyed talking about politics and religion with her. Though neither of us could stand to talk about politics long, her irreverence about the current state of affairs in our Country and Government was delightful. I deeply miss my sweet friend and I will forever cherish the light and love she shared with me and my children. Goodnight, sweet Faye, until we embrace in Heaven. With respect and love, Linda, Anna, Charlie, Samson and Delilah
