Carter, Otho was born on Janurary 8, 1922 in Kokomo, MS and passed away on August 13, 2009 in Dallas, TX. He is survived by his daughter Nancy Mayfield (Dale); grandchildren Christopher Mayfield (Katie) and Emily Mayfield; great great-grandchild Kayla Mayfield; two brothers Jimmie Carter (Sarah) and Charles Carter. Otho was preceded in death by his wife and his parents Murray and Maggie Carter.
