Patricia Ann Fazi's Obituary
FAZI, PATRICIA ANN born February 22, 1931 in Graham, TX, the only child of Leonard “Lefty” and Bobbie Smith. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on February 15, 2010 in Cleburne, TX. Pat’s early years were spent in Graham. She married Jim Rea, the father of her three beautiful daughters, in 1948. In later years she moved to Dallas and pursued a career in the medical field. She remarried Joe Fazi in 1974 and relocated to Lake Whitney. They spent many wonderful years together there, enjoying family and friends. Pat and Joe were charter members of Our Lady of the Lake Episcopal Church. Pat was a thirty-five year friend of Bill Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joe. Her survivors include daughters Linda Rea and life partner Pam Van Dyke, Pam Gist and husband Brent and Jaime Hughes and husband David; grandchildren Jennifer Gordon and husband Tim, Michael Grimes and wife Jennifer, Stacey Hallett and husband Sean, Lesley Rolandt and husband Mike and Lisa Bradley; great-grandchildren Taylor, Grayson, Trey, Alissa, Trevon, Jamari, Ryan,Jordyn, Connor, Emerson, Lawson and Aaliyah. Services will be held at 12:30PM, Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Restland Memorial Chapel with interment following in Restland Memorial Park.
