To the Geczi family: on behalf of ACDI/VOCA I would like to extend our deepest condolences to you all. Paul was one of our star volunteers for financial institutions! We are indebted to his dedication to our work in developing countries. From 1994 – 2007 Paul successfully completed five challenging volunteer assignments in such countries as Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Azerbaijan. Because of his knowledge and experience of the Central European banking systems he was able to best assist institutions in these countries find a successful way forward to become sustainable businesses.
