I was sorry to see Peggy's passing in the newspaper. She is the last of the 3 neighborhood friends to leave us. My Mom has been gone for 10 years and Kay Martz passed away just before her. Was reading the DMN today and saw that your Mom has passed away. I’m so sorry for your loss. My Mom (Jan Cournoyer died in 2008) and Peggy played bridge together. I only met Peggy a few times, but she was the sweetest lady. What a special group that was! Even though she wasn’t an original member, they embraced her like she was! My Mom spoke so highly of your Mom!! I pray for peace and comfort!

Mike, Johnny and Jan,
You may not remember Becky Warlick (now Sullivan), but I remember you and your lovely mother. She lived a long, and I surmise, wonderful life. None-the-less, goodbye is seldom easy. My heart is with you. My parents, your mother's cousin Jimmy Warlick and his wife Lucy, dearly loved your mom and Leon. And I have fond memories of the Christmas evening parties at Pappy and Jane's, playing with you and the Hardin kids.
