Radonna Sharon Edmison's Obituary
Our friend and mother, Radonna Edmison, left this world to be with her maker on May 7th, 2020.
She lived a full and wonderful life! Her passing was sudden and unexpected to her family and friends. She was one of the kindest and most generous woman that walked the face of the earth, who embraced her family, co-workers, and friends. Let’s face it, they were all family. Although the mother to only one child, Russ, she was the neighborhood mom to most everyone on the street, including Danny Hall, Mike Nichols, Jason Westmoreland, Travis Mullins and Mark Cain, and surrogate mother to many others, including Richard Stafford, Wes Hand and (Steven) Clark Cannaday, they were her boys too.
She was married to Lee Edmison in 1962, whom she loved so much she married him again in the early 70’s. They remained married until his passing in 2009.
She loved to travel. Taking yearly trips to almost every beach imaginable. She loved the slots and would venture off to the casinos every chance she had.
She was a teacher in her early years and had a long career in insurance with State Farm, working with several agents over several years, where she made friends and family out of so many people. Godspeed Radonna. We love you so much.
She is survived by her son Russ Edmison, two brothers , Andy Berna and Pat Berna, Sister in law Lynn Berna, niece Terri Berna and her daughter Parker, nephew Andrew Berna, and too many relations on Lee’s side of the family to mention.

Viewing will be held at Restland Funeral Home on May 20th and 21st, 2020 from 10 AM to 5 PM.
