I have know Mr. Lucio since my Richardson High School Eagles Day from 2002-2006. He was there for all the students, staff, facility, teachers, parents, guardians and rest of the community. He was there for me during my senior year at RHS during the 2005-2006 year. He believed in me to become an Eagle Scout, doing well in my first internship, graduating high school online, Loving God First, loving sports, and eventually attending a Division One College Institution. Not only I have a Bachelor and Master’s Degree. I am working on my PhD. His legacy will carry on forever. Mr. Lucio was one of my all time favorite Principals and or Assistant Principals. I am so sorry for your loss Kramer and rest of the Lucio Family. Sending prayers and support during this time.

Romy was my much older cousin, son of my mother's (Guadalupe L. Flores) older brother, Ramiro. One of my earliest memories is seeing his picture on the cover of a football program or perhaps a magazine article. He looked so big to a 5-year-old kid; it made a big impression on me as I grew up and played high school/college football. I was an O-Lineman myself and loved going to my Tio's house and seeing Romy's helmets on display. Godspeed primo.

No one had more of an impact on the culture of RHS than Ramiro. He was a steady presence and helped countless students far beyond what he was expected to do. His extensive support of students was never something he sought to publicize, but it was his heart! He had such an impact on students and families far beyond what anyone will ever know.
The world could use more people like Ramiro. His loyalty and dependability are unmatched and will be missed by so many.

I remember Ramiro coming to play at my house. One day he decided to climb our China Berry tree. You know what a big tall kid he was. Well the limb broke and down came Ramiro and limb. He broke his arm that day. Ouch!

I knew Ramiro since Junior High where we played football. I remember him as the tallest player of all of us. Always smiling and laughing. Also we went to same High school which we graduated from. He will be missed greatly. Rest in peace my friend.
