Raul A. Villarreal, a loving husband, devoted father, and cherished family member, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025, at the age of 69. He was born on December 24, 1955, and lived a life defined by love, resilience, and quiet strength.
Raul was a man who deeply cared for those around him. He was known for his warm heart, steady presence, and unwavering commitment to his family. A true fighter, Raul faced life’s challenges with courage and determination, never losing his sense of humor or his compassion for others.
He shared a loving marriage with his wife, Anna Villarreal, and took great pride in his son, Carlos, and his daughter-in-law, Thelma Argueta-Lopez. Family meant everything to Raul, and he valued time spent together above all else.
In his quieter moments, Raul enjoyed watching sports, old Western movies, and television, as well as playing games and testing his knowledge with trivia. These simple joys brought him comfort and happiness, especially when shared with loved ones.
Raul is survived by his mother, Lupe Villarreal; his brothers, Rick and Ruben Villarreal; and his sisters, Sandy and Armida Villarreal. He also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins who will forever remember his kindness and strength.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raul “Wito” Villarreal.
