I am so sorry for your loss and sorry we didn't realize sooner. Your Dad was a great friend to our parents, TG (Talford) and Florence Smith. We heard many great and fun stories about their time working together and the T&P railroad.

We were so sad to learn that our beloved Uncle Ray has left us. He will be very greatly missed by his Butler kinfolk in Michigan, as well as those in Texas and other parts of the world. Ray was such a gracious, friendly, inspiring soul, whom I never once saw angry and we always looked forward to his visits at Christmas as well as at other times of the year. Ray lived a life of service to others that will serve as a guide to those he has left behind and those who are yet to be. We miss you and love you Uncle Ray, but our hope is that there will come the day when we are reunited. R.I.P.
