Rick was a good friend, I will always remember his laugh and smile. Rick and I worked together at McDonalds in the late 70’s and became close friends. I will always remember the crazy things we did working at Micky D’s When he moved to Dallas we lost touch.To your family, we are so sorry for your loss, you are in our thoughts and payers.
I worked with Rick at Sun and Oracle, he was always a great guy. WE talked about once a month, and at the many meetings we attended. I will always remember the story about have a flight cancel at LAX. I guess his wife was on another flight. He and his children and Mother in law had to wait till the next for their flight.
They stayed at a hotel near the airport. Everyone was hungry so he found a place near the hotel that served chicken and waffles. He always talked about how good it was, for a run area near LAX.He was one of the good ones, and may he rest in peace.

I worked with Rick at Sun. He was a great guy with a wonderful wit about him. He was great to work with and just talk too. We often saw each other at the sun happy hours and I was glad he was there. Loved chatting with him. He truly was a great and kind person. I’m so sad to hear this news but know it that he had a lot of friends that enjoy his time with us.
