Richard Dale Tanner of Garland, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. He was born to Fred & Geneva Tanner in Nebraska. He is survived by many loving friends and family who will miss him dearly. A service for Mr. Tanner will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Restland's Memorial Chapel.
