Cheri, Brian & Keith, Please allow me to share this poem with you. It would surprise Ed that a poem would be my response, but it's so appropriate. It's by Edgar Guest and is titled "Miss Me A Little". "When I come to the end of my road, and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room, why cry for a soul set free? Miss be a little but not too much, and not with your head bowed low, Remember the love that we once shared, miss me but let me go. For this is a journey we all must make, and each must go alone, It's all a part of the Master's plan, a step on the road to home. So when you are lonely and sick at heart, go to the friends we know, And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds, miss me but let me go." "Bury your sorrow in doing goods deeds" would be Ed's anthem. What a good man he was! Always helping. Sue and I got to the visitation at 7:00 and there must have been 150 people in line. We are both recovering from recent surgery and couldn't stand long enough to greet you. As a heart transplant recipient I salute Ed for his coragious decisions, particularly to be a donor. Organ donation is the single most magnanimous random act of kindness that one person can do for another. I stand in awe of organ donors and in awe of Ed Toogood! Warren & Sue Cornil

Coach Toogood was such a great example to my kids, Colby and Katie, who played on his soccer teams at Dallas Christian High School. He made a positive impact on their lives and I'll always be grateful. He was a very good man. Our prayers and condolences to his family. with deepest sympathy, Richard and Teresa Blaisdell
