Richard Edward Toogood, 64, passed away Tuesday May 23, 2017 after a tragic accident. Richard is survived by his loving family and friends. The family will receive friends at Restland Funeral Home on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 27, 2017 at First Baptist Church on Arapaho and Central Expressway in Richardson, Texas. In lieu of flowers, family request memorials may be made to Happy Hill Farm, www.northcentraltexasacademy.org 3846 N. Hwy 144, Granbury, TX 76048. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
