Aunt Rita's smile is what I will remember most about her. I haven't seen her in many years but will always remember her passionate faith, her beauty and ever glowing smile. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Hope your heart is peaceful with the "walk down memory lane" in the photos. Sandy Palma Mertz

I met Joyce years ago when she attended a Women of Grace study that I facilitated at church. During that time, she invited the whole group of women to her home for a beautifully prepared dinner and wonderful fellowship. Her faith, and obvious love for others inspired me. She was a true joy to know. I'd often see her at church with Milton and her great granddaughter, and she never failed to come up to me with her sweet smile to ask how I and my family were doing. I will certainly miss seeing her smiling face at All Saints and I will miss her warm friendship. My prayers and deepest sentiments are with Milton and those loved ones who will miss her most. – Gracie Stanford
We miss you, but we know you are dancing with the angels and no longer held down by illness. You were a natural teacher, and even up to your last breath, I was learning from your experiences (good and bad). The first time I met you, I was so nervous. I knew how much your son loved and respected you, and I was terrified that I would mess up that first introduction. Thank you for being the mother of the man I love, and for extending your love to me all these years. We love you, mom.
Milton, I just read that you lost yourdear wife, Joyce. I am speaking for Marvin and myself when I send you our heartfelt condolences. Marvin always felt so close to both of you. I still cannot look at a good looking tie without thinking of you fondly! Elaine Marks.
