Robert "Bobby" Joseph Owen Jr's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert “Bobby” Joseph Owen Jr., a beloved son, family member, and friend, who left us on October 20th, 2024. Bobby was born to Robert Joseph Owen Sr. and Ann Owen (Burchfiel) on August 30, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. Bobby was a beacon of kindness and joy, known for his outgoing nature and willingness to help anyone in need.
Bobby grew up with a passion for life that was evident in everything he did. He was an avid fan of the University of Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys, cheering on his teams with unwavering enthusiasm. His love for cruises took him on many adventures across the seas. Bobby never missed an opportunity to enthuse with others about his passions.
Bobby’s playful spirit was reflected in his love for games, participation in the Special Olympics, and his impressive collection of Hot Wheels. He also had a unique hobby of collecting baseball caps, each one telling a story of something that held a fond memory for him.
Above all, Bobby will be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people and make them feel valued and loved. His legacy of kindness and his infectious smile will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and interacting with him.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Ann.
Bobby is survived by a myriad of people who knew and loved him.
Funeral Services will take place on November 2nd, 2024.
