Robert Eugene Hale was born on August 11, 1932 in Carter, OK, and passed away on September 20, 2014 in Irving, TX. Gene is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lewis; father, Robert J. Hale; brothers, Virgil and James; sisters, Irene, Pearl, Ann, and Buelah. Gene is survived by wife, Jody Hale; sons Robert Sr. and Lawrence; daughter, Ramona; grandchildren, Kevin, Melissa, Tonya, Meagan, Shae, Jessica, Justin, and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Chance, Zachary, Ashleigh, China, Austin, and Chandlin. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Plymouth Park Baptist Church. The service for Gene will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 11:00 AM, at Plymouth Park Baptist Church. The interment for Gene will follow directly after services, at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alz.org/greaterdallas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238
